What Is Tramp-Wall?

Tramp-wall combines a competition-grade trampoline with an angled wall, letting athletes bounce off the trampoline and run straight up the wall to perform flips, twists, and acrobatic tricks. It is one of the fastest-growing disciplines in action sports and a serious crowd favorite at Shasta Gymnastics Academy.

Athletes learn to generate height off the trampoline, transition their momentum into the wall, and execute wall-flips and wall-spins with control and confidence. Every session builds spatial awareness, aerial control, and explosive power in a way no other training tool can match.

Our tramp-wall program is coached by the same experienced staff behind our nationally recognized trampoline and tumbling programs. Training progresses from foundational wall runs and basic rebounds to advanced wall-flips, gainers, and combination sequences.
